Every year, the Student Alumni Association honors Fairfield's mascot Lucas the Stag on his birthday on January 25th with a themed celebration on campus. This year is his 24th birthday – the theme is Y2K!
This event is a beloved tradition at Fairfield University. Each year, we make sure Lucas’s birthday is celebrated as far and wide as possible, with a campus celebration for students, as well as a special event for alumni and the local community during a Fairfield basketball game.
