Fairfield Off-Road Racing is a student-run team, founded in 2017, that designs, builds, and races a single-seat off-road vehicle in the international Baja SAE competition. Each year students from all majors start a new design cycle and take the car from concept to competition, learning welding, fabrication, and teamwork along the way.
Last year's Fueling Fairfield campaign raised over $5,000 toward developing our drivetrain and suspension, and we competed at OktoBAJAfest in October 2025, finishing 11th out of 30 teams. Interest in the team keeps growing, with over 70 students signing up at this fall's activities fair. More members means more parts, tools, and travel to cover, and this campaign is how we keep every student who joins working on the car.
Our goal this year is to raise $5,000 so the team can keep improving the car and compete at the highest level.
