Field Hockey

The Friends of Field Hockey Gift Fund helps provide the needed operational funds to cover expenses associated with operating a Championship Division I program. Under the direction of Head Coach Laura Gebhart and her staff, who were recognized as the 2025 NEC Coaching Staff of the Year, the Stags continue to build upon the program’s recent success. Fairfield capped off a remarkable 2025 season with a 16-6 overall record, capturing both the NEC Regular-Season and Tournament Championships. The Stags went undefeated in conference play at 9-0, earned a national Top 20 ranking during their dominant run, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament, where they secured a postseason victory over Boston University. The championship season was further highlighted by multiple major NEC individual honors, including Defensive Player of the Year, Midfielder of the Year, and Rookie of the Year. With a strong foundation in place, Fairfield Field Hockey continues to compete at a high level and build toward future success.

Your generosity helps us recruit top-tier talent and cover expenses, including team travel (buses, flights, hotels, and meals), equipment, nutrition, software, and other resources that enhance player development and elevate the student-athlete experience, fostering continued success both on and off the field.

Thank you for your support of Field Hockey!
