The Friends of Women’s Swimming & Diving Gift Fund helps provide the needed operational funds to cover expenses associated with operating a Championship Division I program. Under the leadership of Head Coach Jake Lichter, the Stags captured their fifth MAAC Championship during the 2025-26 season. Fairfield also completed a historic conference sweep, with both the women's and men's programs claiming MAAC titles. Following the historic season, Lichter was recognized as the MAAC Men’s & Women’s Swimming Coach of the Year. The Stags' championship campaign was highlighted by outstanding performances across both individual events and relays, further cementing the program's tradition of excellence.
Your generosity helps us recruit top-tier talent and cover expenses, including team travel (buses, flights, hotels, and meals), equipment, nutrition, software, and other resources that enhance player development and elevate the student-athlete experience, fostering continued success both on and off the field.
