The Athletic Directors Strategic Initiatives Fund supports the areas of greatest need to create a best-in-class experience for each of our nearly 500 Stags student-athletes. In the ever-changing environment of college athletics, Fairfield is striving to be a modern beacon of comprehensive excellence for all of our stakeholders which requires significant investment in a variety of areas of focus. Enhancements in the areas of technology, broadcast operations, recruiting, staffing, nutrition and equipment are all critical to the growth of Fairfield Athletics' future forward.
