Gifts to Men's Rowing contribute to...
Fairfield Rowing entered a new era when Stephen Baranoski was named the Associate Director of Rowing and Head Men's Rowing Coach in September, 2025. Baranoski brings more than a decade of coaching and competitive rowing experience to Fairfield. He has coached at both the collegiate and club levels, including tenures at Wesleyan University and the University of San Diego. Baranoski competed for Marietta College and various clubs in Philadelphia and Boston during and after his collegiate career.
Now at Fairfield, Baranoski will lead the men's rowing program and build on the momentum established last spring when the Stags earned silver in the novice eight at the Dad Vail Regatta and captured gold in the novice four and novice eight at the Metropolitan Championships.
The Friends of Men’s Rowing Gift Fund helps provide the needed operational funds to cover expenses associated with operating a Championship Division I program. Expenses include team travel (buses, flights, hotels and meals), recruiting travel, equipment, meals/nutrition and costs for software and other tools that allow for our players to develop.
Thank you for your support of Fairfield Men’s Rowing!
