Support the Canisius Faculty Fellows!

Our newest initiative, the Canisius Faculty Fellows, brings six to eight faculty members into dialogue each year, as the Fellows seek to increase their scholarly engagement with Fairfield’s Jesuit Catholic mission. Projects range from broad interests in the Catholic roots of Jesuit pedagogy to an understanding of Catholic Social Thought, as well as deep dives into theology, art history, political divisions, and figures from Dante to Pope Francis.

All Canisius Faculty Fellows participate in the Presidential Seminar on the Catholic Intellectual Tradition. Your gift will promote this effort, bringing faculty into an even deeper reach into the historical, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions of Catholic Christianity—support that will impact our mission where it matters most: in the classroom and in faculty development.
